Orangetheory Fitness

Orangetheory Fitness offers group personal training workouts utilizing heart-rate based interval training. The coach-led Orangetheory workout is one-hour in length and combines endurance, strength and power, and is suitable for both experienced athletes and people who haven’t worked out in a while.

Monday: 5:00 am - 9:30 pm

Thursday: 5:00 am - 9:30 pm

Friday: 5:00 am - 9:30 pm

Saturday: 7:00 am - 2:00 pm

Sunday: 7:00 am - 2:00 pm
