Thai Curries at Bai Tong Thai: Go from mild to wild and indulge in spicy curry at Bai Tong Thai, which is known for authentic Thai cooking. Each of the curries on the menu can be prepared with tofu (fried or fresh) and extra vegetables. We recommend the Red Curry with Tofu, made with red chili paste, coconut milk and Kaffir lime leaves. Almost everything on the menu at can be made as a vegetarian version; just ask your server.

Pizzas and Salads at MOD Pizza: Issaquah’s favorite pizza joint, MOD Pizza makes everything exactly how you like it. Choose from dozens of toppings, including seasonal vegetables ranging from kaleAgave Issaquah Vegetarian to roasted Brussels sprouts, and create your own personalized pizza. MOD’s salads are also custom-made, with the option of adding everything from pineapple chunks to fire-roasted tomatoes.

Tacos, Enchiladas & Burritos at Agave Cocina & Tequilas: Black beans, guacamole, roasted spinach and mushrooms are just a few of the vegetarian options at Agave (which also makes a fine margarita). Vegetarian options include Garlic Roasted Cauliflower Soft Tacos, Roasted Butternut Squash Enchiladas, Tres Queso Quesadillas and their delicious Whole Wheat Taco Salad. Agave chefs make everything fresh in the kitchen, so be sure to ask your server about modifying a menu item to create a vegetarian or vegan dish.

Chipotle Black Bean Veggie Burger at The Big Fish Grill: This spicy burger is a fan favorite – and not just with vegetarians. Served with caramelized onions, it’s one of the best burgers in town. Pair it with their Pear, Pecan & Blue Cheese Salad and you have a winning combination. While best known for seafood, Big Fish Grill is happy to create vegetarian versions of many dishes. Ask your server about options, including daily specials.

Chinoise Sushi Bar Asian Grill IssaquahBuddhist Tofu Stir Fry at Chinoise Sushi Bar & Asian Grill: There are dozens of vegetarian options at Chinoise, which features authentic Pan-Pacific Rim cuisine. We recommend their Vegetable Tempura and spicy Sichuan Tofu. You’ll also find vegetarian and vegan options on their sushi roll menu.

Vegetarian Risotto at Sip at the wine bar & restaurant: Prepared with seasonal vegetables, Sip’s risotto is both vegetarian and gluten free. We recommend starting with one of their beautifully-prepared soups, such as White Bean and Kale or Roasted Cauliflower. Vegetarian Sushi Rolls at AJI Sushi & Grill: The perfect on-the-go snack, AJI’s sushi rolls are made-to-order and are available for takeout.
